I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how much I enjoyed my tour and tasting. It was an amazing experience. I learned so much and really enjoyed the staff and their warm professionalism. Thanks for much for the amazing tour of bees. It was a day we will long remember and looking forward to sharing it with our friends. Definitely one of the best kept secrets for the Charlotte area. The bee keeper, Joseph was very knowledgeable – gave a fascinating history of the importance of bees. He kept us all siting on the edge of our chairs. The honey tasting was an experience above any I would have expected. Love the way you paired types of honey with cheese. It was a fun experience and full of new ideas. It was FIRST class.
